Cindy Owen is a family-oriented and goal-driven professional who was born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana. She began her medical billing career with Louisiana State University Medical Center.

Cindy moved to East Texas to join East Texas Gastroenterology Associates to open a joint venture Ambulatory Surgery Center with Good Shepherd Medical Center.

During this employment, there became a tremendous need for medical billing in the community. This need resulted in Cindy starting a physician-owned company, ProServe Practice Management.

After twenty years, she had the opportunity to start a new medical billing company, Pyramid Medical Management Services, before joining Voyage Medical Solutions.

Outside of her career, Cindy enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with her family and, most of all, her grandchildren!
