Mike Smedes is Voyage Medical’s Vice President of Sales, which includes responsibility for both the direct and independent channels for all products and services. In addition, he has functional responsibility for Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, and M&A.

Mike’s goal is to continue to build the Voyage brand nationally by streamlining the processes and workflow that typically bog down the DME revenue cycle.

Prior to joining Voyage in September of 2021, Mike was the National Sales Director of Healthcare Solutions for MpowerHealth, a national provider of Intraoperative Neuromonitoring and Surgical First Assist Services to physicians, hospitals and health systems.

Prior to that, he served in various leadership positions at Celling Biosciences from 2010 to 2017, where he oversaw Sales and Business Development for their multi-million dollar spine and biologics division.

Mike holds a degree in Communications from the University of Oklahoma, where he played for the Sooner baseball team. Outside of his career, he enjoys weightlifting (anything fitness-related), golfing, and attending his kids' sporting events or any sporting event at OU.

Mike has a daughter, who is a recent graduate of the University of Oklahoma, a Senior in high school, and hopefully, a future Sooner.
